Where To Buy Gourmet Hot Chocolate

At Vosges Haut-Chocolat, we harness the power of storytelling to open minds, spirits and palates through chocolate, inspiring us all to interact with the world in a more loving way. We seek to create harmony, creativity and inspiration through the exploration of the alchemic balance between the soul that seeks happiness and the spirit that wants to rule the world.

Sweet and creamy, as it's name would suggest, Van Der Läan's Dulce De Leche combines premium milk chocolate with oh-so-sweet caramel flavor. Contains 40 Hot Chocolate Pods of delicious Van Der Laan Dulce De Leche Cocoa.

Van Der Laan Single Serve Hot Chocolate pods are an ultra indulgent drinking chocolate experience. Inspired by Dutch Chocolatiers, these are the best tasting, creamiest and cozy pods available on the market today. No watery cocoa here! We use premium cocoa and have perfected our formula to ensure each pod delivers a rich, cup-coating mug of premium hot chocolate.

San Antonio's catching on to the latest food trend to come out of TikTok and Instagram just in time for South Texas winter. Over the past few months, hot chocolate bombs, or hot cocoa bombs, have been invading people's social feeds adding a touch of whimsy to already delicious hot chocolate.

In online videos, users drop the bombs into mugs of hot milk and watch the spheres quickly dissolve, releasing chocolate goodness, cocoa mix and marshmallows, creating instant hot chocolate. Savvy San Antonians are already adding their own unique take on the bombs.

Our luscious milk chocolate discs melt smoothly for ease of enjoyment in drinks, desserts, or on their own! Perfect for hot chocolate! Each box comes with a chocolate ideas booklet filled with simple recipes that you can make using our chocolate discs! Makes about 6-8 hot chocolates in 10-12 oz. mugs!

This gourmet chocolate shop has unlimited treats to try out. You can visit their Ferry Building location for some hot chocolate on the spot, or make it at home with kits for European hot chocolate, vanilla bean marshmallows, burnt caramel sauces, and more.

This popular bakery group is known for creating absolutely delicious pastries and bread, but their hot drinks menu is worth the visit all on its own! Enjoy a high-quality hot chocolate drink made with Guittard and Valhrona chocolates, topped with a homemade marshmallow.

This top-notch chocolatier has several locations in San Francisco in addition to their massive online inventory. Flavors include the Hojicha hot chocolate mix with green tea flavors, the Mission mix with a spicy blend of cinnamon and chile, and the Classic mix for your straight-up chocolate fix.

This beloved Mexican restaurant cranks out unbeatable tamales, tortas, pupusas, and more. But they also have an excellent Mexican hot chocolate selection! You can add guajillo chili powder and ginger to yours for an extra kick, or opt for some other hot drink options including Atole Blanco (thick masa-based drink with cinnamon and vanilla) or Champurrados (same thing, but with chocolate).

This wholesome chocolate shop has an awesome hot drink menu, with plenty of options and variations to personalize to your taste. Hot chocolate flavors include the classic Five Star hot chocolate with add-ons including coconut, vanilla, almond, and hot white chocolate. You can also get them all iced.

This woman-owned artisanal chocolate shop specializes in small-batch single-origin chocolate including truffles, bars, and other treats. Their photo chocolate menu includes single-province hot chocolate from Manabi, Ecuador, and their Hot Hot Chocolate which is blended with brown sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne.

My sister asked me for a hot chocolate mix recipe a few years back. So I gave her a recipe I had never tried from a reliable source. Shortly after, I got excited and made it for myself. I threw it all away after my first try.

For the chocolate morsels, you can go with Ghirardelli or Guittard for a nice quality option at not a crazy price, and you can usually find these in any grocery store. If you are wanting to go a little bit more gourmet, try Scharffen Berger chocolate chunks (hit and miss in grocers), or if you are all out gourmet, Amano is always a fav (must order online).

For the cocoa powder, you can go dutch-processed or natural. Dutch-processed is alkalized. This process takes out a bit of the bitterness and produces a rich and intense chocolate flavor, so some prefer it for that, and it can be a bit better for mixing into drinks and baking. However, either is fine. We just use a little less powder if going natural unsweetened cocoa powder to take the edge off. 59ce067264
