on occasion an anti-virus program gets mad at an individual file..it just doesn't want it installed.cant troubleshoot.sent 2 ports to disk.changed to.exe.same results.still can't install.need more info please pass if you can.thanks.
glad to see the airport is now working in the latest version of the simulator. i am running the latest version of the fsx, and using the fsx-based pcsx2 emulator. but i'm at a complete loss on how to get p3d installed. you'd think it'd be easy given the fact that p3d and fsx are the same sim, just different program.
btw for the first time i used your file and i did download it, when i press the configure i obtain a blank screen for about a minute.. i just pressed ok and the process continued and the ldvf file was present. finally after trying for the first time, all went well. i have been using this file in fsx for some time now, without this strange behaviour and had to uninstall all addons to get it installed again.
i have downloaded it and it detects all the airports fine; the only issue is that you recommend for eddf(+) and eghh(+), which i do not have. if i can remember correctly, vanz airport was added this afternoon, so the file should handle this in just a matter of time
make a backup of the old directory and then delete the old data folder in the tool directory, then build it again - after building it (say for the same file version) just move the files back to the right folder
dear all, i've downloaded fsx from the site. to update fsx i have to install aeroformats: aeroformats-1.8.0.1-patch-2 c:\fsx>aeroformats-1.1-patch-2.exe i have installed it and the engine is updated. to install p3d i have to install the engine and the scenecreated application. the problems i have are: 1. if i use the new "no hmkey=bogus" patch procedure, i am not able to run with fsx and p3d installed. i get "1.dll" and "elevation_change.dll" errors while running. 2. i can't install the "aeroformatssetup" and "p3d" updates via the program which is part of the fsx cd (but it is possible to run the program as administrator). the reason is that "winupdate.exe" has a problem with listing the updates and asks if there is a problem with the installation. 3. it seems that p3d does not show the windows-7/xp-guidance in the main window. (i have a core2duo t3500 with 2 gb of ram, fsx at the moment version number 3.7.4 build 3c). it shows the windows-7/xp software and does not see the fsx version. in the order window it shows an error-message "please download the latest version of fsx, 2.1. i do not know how to resolve this problem. please help me thank you for you time and attention ek 3d9ccd7d82
